Job Description
Selective Placement Factor (SPF): This position has an SPF which is current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) in any state, the District of Columbia, Guam or Puerto Rico. Do you meet this requirement? Note - if you respond "YES", you must provide a copy of your current registration with your application. The registration must show the date of currency or additional documentation must be provided from the registration agency showing the dates the registration is current. A copy of a wall certificate that does not show current registration status will not serve to verify you meet this requirement. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing management of the construction of complex projects; supervision over construction product line and construction management efforts, and expert direction, guidance, and mentorship to personnel charged with execution of construction products and services.
