Job Description
GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting high-level budget planning restructuring complex accounts and advising senior elements on resource distribution strategies. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Proficiency with federal financial tracking structures and security cooperation data architectures (e.g., OHASIS, GFEBS, or equivalent); 2) Establishes and maintains records and log sheets for each funding document issued using APRI funds; 3) Coordinates, plans, develops and evaluates APRI activities for USINDOPACOM and subordinate commands; and 4) Identifies problems and makes recommendations to resolve shortfalls and expedites funds transfer in support of APRI activities. GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing budgets, verifying fund execution legally, and tracking organizational spending in standard accounting databases. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Establishes and maintains records and log sheets for each funding document issued using APRI funds; 2) Coordinates, plans, develops and evaluates APRI activities for USINDOPACOM and subordinate commands; and 3) Identifies problems and makes recommendations to resolve shortfalls and expedites funds transfer in support of APRI activities.
