Job Description
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations; 2) Reviewing, inspecting, and evaluating financial information; 3) Controlling and reporting obligations and expenditures; 4) Providing advice and guidance with NRNW staff to correct ERP; and 5) Communicating policies, procedures, and program updates to stakeholders. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting regulations, policies, and operating instructions as they relate to Financial Management; 2) Generating and reviewing financial reports; and 3) Reconciling financial transactions within financial systems. This certification level must be achieved within prescribed timelines.
