Job Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER within NAVAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE COMMAND.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading and directing complex organizational programs involving strategic planning, budget formulation, resource management, and operational oversight to achieve mission objectives. 2) Developing, administering, and evaluating budgets, contracts, grants, and financial management programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. 3) Coordinating enterprise-wide programs, establishing long-range strategic plans, and advising senior leadership on policy development, program improvements, and organizational priorities. 4) Supervising and leading multidisciplinary teams, including assigning work, evaluating performance, developing employees, and implementing workforce planning initiatives. 5) Representing an organization with senior leaders, external stakeholders, and advisory groups, providing briefings, recommendations, and executive-level communications on program operations and strategic initiatives.
