Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector implementing quality assurance programs to ensure safe and timely completion of construction contracts within project schedule and budget, AND performing contract administration in accordance with contract requirements (i.e. monitor construction progress, determine contract modifications and costs, review and assess contractor's claims and requests for payments).
