You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING SPECIALIST in the 300N.84, the Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) detachment of the Nuclear Production Department of PSNS and IMF.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector evaluating a shipyard training program design, terminology, performance trends, and expectations to increase the overall effectiveness of local and corporate training decisions; conducting or overseeing analyses (training-needs, job-task, competency, selection, commercial-off the-shelf product, cost-benefit) in order to determine appropriate solutions; and providing guidance advice and counsel to subject matter experts and instructional design team members regarding learning strategies.
