You will serve as a Community Planner for NSA ANNAPOLIS.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:(1) Produces and oversees comprehensive master planning products, including long-range area/campus development plans, site-specific development plans, and land-use compatibility studies. (2) Develops capital construction proposals, facility renovation and modernization plans, energy sustainability initiatives, and site planning, permitting, and space-allocation documentation. (3) Evaluates existing infrastructure against future needs, including conducting facility capacity assessments, defining space and equipment requirements, and performing specialized feasibility studies. (4) Execute financial planning, including building Capital Improvement Plans, develop cost-benefit and business case analyses, prepare parametric cost estimates, and generate project justification packages.
