Job Summary
You will serve as a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN/INFOSEC) in the Special Projects Branch (Code 109.41), Waterfront and Production IT Support Division (Code 109.4), in Information Technology and Cybersecurity Office (Code 109), at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Job Description
GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience overseeing and managing the operational aspects of projects and serves as liaison between project management planning and project team. Experience analyzing project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for completing projects. Experience establishing work plan and staffing for project activities, phases and arrange for assignment of project personnel. Experience directing and coordinating activities of project personnel to ensure that the project progresses on schedule and within budget. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
