Job Summary

You will serve as a FINANCIAL TECHNICIAN in the FUNDS ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTING BRANCH of NETPDC.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintains pay accounts for active, reserve, and retired armed forces personnel; 2) Performs customer service functions such as responding to pay inquiries, reviewing debts, processing adjustments; 3) Utilizes various systems (e.g. SLDCADA, DCPS) to determine pay, verify payroll records, and complete reports pertaining to civilian employees; 4) Resolves pay discrepancies, manages leave errors, and ensures all bi-weekly transmission deadlines are met in accordance with federal payroll cycles; and 5) Maintains records to ensure all time and attendance certifications remain in compliance with legal requirements and command-wide audit policies.
