You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in the Human Capital Management Group, Human Resources Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Job Description

DA-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band (DA-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Independently advising on and developing staffing solutions and recruitment strategies in accordance with HR laws and regulations; 2) Providing guidance and recommendations on complex performance and conduct issues; 3) Clearly communicating technical HR information, both verbally and in writing, to customers; 4) Using automated technology and data management tools to research, analyze, interpret, and present HR information. DA-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band (DA-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate related duties in the following: 1) Advising customers on staffing solutions; 2) Advising customers on addressing routine performance and conduct issues; 3) Communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing; 4) Utilizing automated technology to produce documents, charts, graphs, and presentations, and using data management tools to research personnel information.
