You will serve as an INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the NAVAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIVE SERVICE (NCIS). All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service. Job Description

GG-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating complex counter-terrorism, counterintelligence, and/or criminal intelligence issues (e.g. political, social, cultural, geographic, or technical issues), and also experience with source handling, and operations/Human Derived Intelligence (HDI) collections.
