You will serve as a LEAD EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REGION DISPATCH INSTRUCTOR in the COMMANDER NAVY REGION KOREA of COMMANDER NAVY REGION KOREA.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1. Developing dispatch training plans that address all police, fire and medical emergency services; developing and coordinating training schedules; and executing all aspects of the training program to include delivering classroom and on-the-job training. 2. Planning, directing, coordinating, scheduling, training, and evaluating the work of assigned subordinate staff to support efficient daily operations. 3. Maintaining a balanced workload and ensuring leave is distributed appropriately among all subordinate staff. 4. Setting and adjusting short term priorities to meet operational needs. 5. Contributing to, tracking, reviewing, and recording a comprehensive training system to ensure standardized, effective, and efficient operations, adherence to National Certification standards, and compliance with all training requirements for Emergency Medical Dispatchers. 6. Working with local emergency management services to support coordinated planning and response efforts.
