Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Review technical engineering specifications, drawings and statements of work covering complex and diverse engineering designs or changes for constructability and accuracy. 2) Monitor construction projects to a safe, successful and timely completion. 3) Collaborate in a teamed construction setting, coordinating stakeholder interests at all levels in a partnered environment. 4) Manage project activities to reduce quality, schedule, safety, compliance and cost risk. 5) Administer multi-discipline construction technology and methods - including basic architecture, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and specialty work.
