You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION MANAGER in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing overall requirements in developing scoping estimates, designs/RFPs, project management, administering A&E and construction contracts; 2) Developing annual resource/budget allocation requirements and monitoring use of assigned resources including reimbursable project dollars; 3) Developing independent government estimates, annual resource/budget allocation requirements for construction; and 4) Leading high-level meetings concerning project status and controversial matters. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.
