Experience leading and inspiring people through change by initiating exchanges between SMEs and key counterparts to develop and strengthen strategic partnerships, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance to achieve organizational goals. TQ2: Achieving Results Demonstrated ability to achieve critical organizational results by developing and maintaining Technology Roadmaps and overseeing the execution of advanced technical plans to meet future RDT&E requirements. Proven success in securing mission objectives by preparing, submitting, and defending technical investment proposals and advising senior leaders on strategic initiatives to ensure advanced test facilities now and in the future.
