Job Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PROGRAM SUPPORT DIVISION of COMNAVREGSW SDIEGO. The salary range for positions filled at the GS-11 is $85,307 to $110,905. The salary range for positions filled at the GS-12 is $102,246 to $132,923.
Job Description
FOR THE GS-12 GRADE LEVEL: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing and developing recommendations for improvement in program operations and objectives; 2) Performing manpower functions such as assessing processes, procedures and workload distribution; designing organizational structures and determining manpower requirements; 3) Compiling and analyzing financial data for basic expenses and/or services (e.g., contracts, salaries, expenses, facilities, equipment, vehicles, etc); 4) Serve as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for contracts for support and material services to support the assigned programs. FOR THE GS-11 GRADE LEVEL: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing advisory services to management on program and financial planning; 2) Using Force Protection knowledge to interpret and apply program requirements; 3) Determining workload and manpower requirements.
