Job Description

(DA-03): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-5/8) or pay band (DA-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Applying critical thinking and problem solving skills to complete assigned tasks; 2) Utilizing MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat to draft, analyze, format, or publish correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, memos, or briefing materials; 3) Demonstrated experience applying security concepts, principles and practices to review, analyze and resolve security problems; 4) Applying knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) Information and Personnel Security program regulations and Physical Security manuals to complete assignments; 5) Interacting within a team environment. (DA-02): Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band (DA-01) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) Plan and organize work; and 3) Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
