Job Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Administrative Branch (Code 702) under the Deputy of the Lifting and Handling Department (Code 701) of the Lifting and Handling Department (Code 700) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating shipyard production program resource requirements (financial) utilizing a knowledge of budgeting concepts, accounting principles, financial management concepts, Shipyard organization and inter-relationships of organizational elements, and Shipyard mission and goals; applying the Job Order system, Labor Costing, Material Costing, Direct/Indirect Costing structure and practices; and deciding on the best recovery actions to adverse financial performance with very little or no guidance and implement these actions with management's knowledge and approval.
