Job Summary
You will serve as a FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION DIRECTOR in the CNIC of NAVBASE KITSAP SILVERDALE WA.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Participating in facilities-related current and long-range planning meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are fully and effectively related; 2) Assisting in and/or directing, controlling, and coordinating operations within a Public Works Department (PWD) by applying a broad knowledge of facilities maintenance and sustainment processes and procedures; 3) Assuring quality and timeliness of facilities-related work while incorporating best business practices and a focus on process improvement; 4) Coordinating assets (manpower, equipment, materials, funding) for planning and scheduling work; and 5) Providing expert advice regarding difficult and/or unique facilities issues.
