You will serve as a DRUG FREE WORKPLACE COORDINATOR in the Executive Support Office (Code 1100), Staffing and Administrative Personnel Branch (Code 1102.2), of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Job Description

GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized Experience is described as: Experience translating laws, regulation, DOD and DON policies, as well as application of technical requirements. Experience providing planning, oversight, and direction to comprehensive requirements that are implemented and in compliance with governing instructions. Experience implementing drug testing chain of custody procedures to ensure security. Experience establishing program goals, objectives, internal operating policies, program compliance and procedures. GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized Experience is described as: Experience planning and implementing strict criteria to ensure administration of program objectives. Experience implementing drug testing chain of custody procedures to ensure security. Experience conducting studies or surveys by applying analytical and evaluation methods and techniques and make recommendations of any findings. Experience providing customer service skills and contributing fairly to team assignments working toward the successful completion of assigned tasks.
