You will serve as an Accountant in the Financial Management Division of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND ATLANTIC.

Job Description

In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Extracting and analyzing data from automated accounting systems; 2) Applying laws, regulations, and guidance to ensure work output is compliant; 3) Developing and maintaining automated voucher subsystem for tracking transactions; 4) Planning, developing, and coordinating financial management improvements; AND 5) Solving a variety of accounting problems and taking action when necessary.
