Job Summary
You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Systems Operations Branch of the Financial Management Division of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND ATLANTIC.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of NAVFAC ATLANTIC business and processes, ERP system, User Management, SharePoint, and other systems related to Financial Management; 2)Conducting research and analysis of budget execution data, troubleshooting execution anomalies to determine the cause and initiates corrective actions; 3) Analyzing and providing various budget execution reports to the Business Lines, Support Lines and the Program Analyst Community; 4) Ensuring budget execution transactions comply with current regulations, instructions, guidance and policy in order to meet auditability requirements and FIAR standards; 5) Providing required budget execution support and advisory services to the Program Analyst Community regarding reporting formats and CFMS and SMARTS data queries in order to validate transactions and ensure accuracy.
