You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the DIR RESOURCE MANAGEMENT of NAVSUBMEDRSCHLAB NEW LONDON CT. No PCS costs will be paid.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in applying functions, goals, objectives, work processes, and funding sources sufficient to related needs and accomplishments to anticipated or actual dollar figures. Experience in knowing the policies, precedents, regulations, and guidelines of a functional area such as timekeeping, timekeeping certification, financial oversight, budget formulation, official government travel program management, government travel credit card program management, and/or budget execution in order to analyze and evaluate changes in program plans and funding and/or budgetary relationships. Experience with various funding types to include RDT&E and O&M; Experience with reimbursable funding; Experience with preparing contractual funding documents, reimbursable work orders (RWOs) and MIPRS; Track contractor execution to estimates by task; Invoice review, verification and certification in WAWF; Liaison with contractor for billings ACRNs; Tracking of prior year active documents and contract close outs; Financial audit preparation; Ability to communicate with both internal and external customers; Experience with Accounting Systems, to include Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP).
