Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing contract management and direct oversight of the contractor's in-house forces' Quality Management Program (QMP) using Performance Assessment Methodologies; 2) Monitoring the contractor's in-house forces' performance of work while enforcing and adhering to safety standards; 3) Performing administrative and operational contractual functions in support of an installation's Command; 4) Making timely follow up assessments on work not performed and/or unsatisfactory work on service contracts such as custodial services, grounds maintenance, refuse services, and HVAC system equipment repairs.
