You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HOUSING SPECIALIST in the HOUSING PROGRAMS DIVISION of NAVAL STA NT RI.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing residential or facility operations, including inventory control, maintenance scheduling, and occupancy optimization; (2) Directing administrative functions for complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals; (3) Formulating and executing organizational budgets, performing regular financial reconciliations and variance analyses; and (4) Guaranteeing strict adherence to federal directives, department policies, and environmental standards.
