Job Summary

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Training, Tactical Development and Doctrine (Code N7) of PAC FLEET SUB FORCE OPS COMPONENT. A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. Post allowance is subject to change at any time. Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying analytical methods to evaluate program and training effectiveness; overseeing the operational testing and performance assessment of major systems; updating technical and operational publications to reflect system improvements; providing expert advisory services to senior leadership on system development and employment; and coordinating large-scale operational exercises and cross-functional projects to support the integration of new capabilities and organizational goals.
