You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the COMPLIANCE & STRATEGIC ANALYSIS BRANCH (CODE 510) of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Job Description
GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing staff capacity to support the mission of the agency. Experience serving as an advisor to upper management. Experience using metrics to determine program effectiveness and efficiency. Experience analyzing and evaluating workflow performance data. Experience ensuring work is being performed in an orderly manner within time and budget constraints. GS-11 In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in assisting using metrics to determine program effectiveness and efficiency. Experience in assisting analyzing and evaluating workflow performance data. Experience managing and reconciling inventories and forecasting material needs for project shops and departments. Experience identifying discrepancies and providing recommendations for corrective action. Experience conducting follow-ups for actionable items identified in assigned programs.
