You will serve as a DESIGN PRODUCTION COORDINATOR in the DESIGN PRODUCTION / QUALITY DIVISION of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND ATLANTIC.

Selective Placement Factor (SPF): This position has an SPF which is CURRENT registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) in any State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or Guam. Do you meet this requirement? Note - If you respond "YES," you MUST provide a copy of your current registration with your application. A copy of a wall certificate that does not have an expiration date will not serve to verify this requirement. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Acting as a Design Manager on design actions, including Architect-Engineering (AE) contract actions and In-House design efforts; 2) Writing scopes of work, developing Independent Government Estimates, and performing/leading negotiations on AE actions; 3) Coordinating with discipline directors for staff assignments, measuring workload capacity, and prioritizing workload based on risk; 4) Leading teams; and 5) Developing and/or analyzing workload projections.
