Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector leading and directing the full acquisition lifecycle for major defense acquisition programs from strategic inception and planning to contract execution and final disposition with the proven ability to serve as the lead negotiator, shaping strategy and driving outcomes in complex negotiations with senior government stakeholders, industry partners, and key customers.
