Job Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Surface Training Systems Program Office (PMS 339), Surface Warfare Directorate of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT. You will provide a unified focus for all aspects of operational and maintenance training at the Echelon 2 level within the Surface Warfare Enterprise (SWE) to address surface Navy training issues and strategies.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector coordinating the analysis or research studies of an organization's manpower or personnel requirements or deficiencies to identify solutions for resolving training needs, performance gaps, or workload requirements.
