You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Real Estate Directorate, Oversight & Governance Division of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND ATLANTIC.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying program evaluation and measurement techniques to determine compliance with rules and regulations and the effectiveness at achieving strategic objectives; 2) Planning and budgeting resources from various funding sources in conjunction with the appropriate department; 3) Documenting expenses, needs, and trends while forecasting future resource requirements using analytical methods; AND 4) Evaluating the content of new or modified legislation/regulations for projected impact upon Command's programs and resources.
