You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Fleet and Family Readiness Program of HDQTRS NDW.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing advisory services to management on Unaccompanied Housing policies, concepts, regulations and laws; 2) Developing and instituting housing asset management and administrative plans; 3) Providing financial management guidance including monitoring expenditures to assure proper allocations and obligations of funds; and 4) Using knowledge of Public Private Venture (PPV) housing principles for housing acquisition management functions to include requirements surveys, market analyses, new construction, purchased housing, long and short term leasing and community liaison.NOTE: THIS INFORMATION MUST BE SUPPORTED BY YOUR RESUME.
