You will serve as a Supervisory Facilities Manager in the FAC MGMT Div, Requirement Branch of NAVAL AIR STATION.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manages the full lifecycle of facility projects, from identifying deficiencies and developing repair alternatives to project execution. This includes applying comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to oversee sustainment, construction, and repair projects. 2) Oversees facility budgets and contracts by utilizing knowledge of the government contracting process and various acquisition tools. This involves managing multi-million-dollar budgets and ensuring contractor performance meets all technical, safety, and quality standards. 3) Provide direct supervision and leadership to a facilities management team.
