Job Summary
You will serve as a Production Controller of NAS PENSACOLA.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Interpreting production methods and procedures, machines and materials; and considerable skill and experience to plan and schedule the production cycle for construction, repair and renovation projects performed by in-house workforce or contractor personnel. Includes the ability to effectively communicate and understand technical information and procedures for dealing with various trade workers, engineers, work center supervisors and facility users; monitoring production operations and conducting significant coordination with various interested parties on the time and sequence of a wide variety of public works projects; using business application systems used in production control such as MAXIMO, Microsoft Office and multiple database systems for data entry and queries; interpreting types of public works operations, maintenance capabilities, and safety practices including preparing labor hour reports, funding availability and material costs; working under pressure of short-fused requirements and adapting to changes of program requirements.
