You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst (Facilities/Asset Management) in the Corp Ops Department of FORWARD SHIP SUSTAINMENT NAPLES.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Directing and authorizing construction, tracking repairs and alterations to buildings, and/or relocating buildings and warehouse facilities, AND Preparing budgets based on plans for maintenance projects, repair work, alteration projects, and/or increases in services, AND Completing purchase and requisition forms to ensure all ordered items are received and paid, AND Reviewing drawings and blue prints for interior space planning, work station layouts, and/or information systems planning.
