You will serve as an Industrial Engineer or Operations Research Analyst in the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Job Description

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least at least one year of specialized Industrial Engineering or Operations Research Analyst experience equivalent to the STRL DP-03 Pay Band or equivalent GS Grade Level (GS-09/11) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include: (1) Applying expert knowledge of the concepts, principles, and methods of schedule development for air weapon systems and the relationship to acquisition and support strategies; (2) Demonstrating techniques and practices of technical analysis (e.g. cost estimating and analysis) to accomplish assigned program goals and objectives; (3) Ensuring scheduling principles, processes, methods, and tools are applied to ensure that all schedule products are accurate, timely, and consistent with agency guidelines; (4) Communicating, orally and in writing, contract performance analysis, and schedule analysis/development for air weapons systems/subsystems.
