You will serve as a PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT ARCHITECT or ENGINEER in the Design and Construction Business Line of NAVFAC OSF.

Job Description

Selective Placement Factor (SPF): This position has an SPF which is current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) from any state, the District of Columbia, Guam or Puerto Rico. If you meet this requirement, you must provide a copy of your current registration with your application. A copy of a wall certificate that does not show current registration status will not serve to verify you meet this requirement. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Guiding and providing technical support for a wide range of infrastructure and facility planning projects. Analyzing and interpreting policies, regulations, and processes to inform project development, site planning, and resource allocation decisions. Communicating effectively to explain decisions, explore options, justify choices, and resolve controversies or conflicting planning issues. Tracking project development, delivery, workload forecasting, and resource allocation while performing technical reviews. Collaborating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain productive relationships. and Maintaining strong working relationships across divisions, departments, and business lines to support project success.
