You will serve as an Administrative Assistant in the My Navy Career Center (MNCC) of TSC SAN DIEGO.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing daily operations of administrative programs and services, ensuring compliance with directives and, regulations and procedures, 2) Retrieving, formatting information from various sources to prepare and present reports, 3) Finalizing correspondence, responding to civilian and military staffing requests, and records management, 4) Interpreting administrative policies, procedures and evaluating the impact of new and proposed policies, and 5) Monitoring and tracking suspense items to determine the approRiate course of action to complete assigned tasks.
