Job Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Fleet and Family Readiness Programs of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing new policies, procedures, guidance, and/or directives to support or supplement existing policies for shore installations; 2) Overseeing the direction, management, productivity, and cost effectiveness of program operations; 3) Applying a wide variety of analytical methods and techniques to forecast multi-year program requirements and to allocate and purchase resources; 4) Managing a program and providing leadership and mentoring to subordinate civilian employees, military employees, and contractor employees.
