You will serve as a HUMAN RESEARCH PROTECTION PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the ASSOCIATE PROVOST FOR RESEARCH DEPARTMENT of NAVAL WAR COLLEGE.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing research protocol submission packages for the completeness and ensures compliance with regulations; 2)Gathering information for minor compliance concerns and unanticipated problems and preparing draft summaries and reports; 3)Providing basic guidance to researchers, faculty, and students on human subject research requirements, program procedures, and submission process; and 4) Assisting with grant administration and resolving grant related issues.
