You will serve as a Management & Program Analyst in the Environmental Division of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing program and financial planning justification and documentation for current and future federal budget submissions; 2) Identifying and conducting special studies to resolve variances or solve complex problems, to include personnel tracking, various visual aids and training/credentialing, etc.; 3) Providing analytical, effective orally and written communications; 4) Providing management with documents and data for data calls; and 5) Interpreting and implementing new or revised budget regulations from various sources and prepare instructions. PHYSICAL Demands: Most of the incumbent's physical duties will be satisfied by the abilities of walking, standing, sitting, climbing, bending, lifting moderately heavy items, and driving light vehicles. At times the duties may become stressful due to deadlines and working on several projects.
