Job Summary
You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the SECURITY FORCES TRAINING DIRECTORATE (CENSECFOR) of CENTER FOR SECURITY FORCES.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Understanding waterborne security force operations tactics, techniques and procedures; 2) Expertise with conventional and established training methods, techniques, and tools commensurate with the ability to design and develop training courses and materials, and/or complete special projects; 3) Experience with small craft waterside/waterborne operations; 4) Make clear, concise, effective, oral reports, presentations and conducting interviews to senior ranking officials; 5) Comprehending instructional technology such as interactive courseware, video tele-training and computer-based training to determine best alternative for training delivery.
