Job Summary
You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the Warfare Resources and Requirements Directorate (NB) of COMMANDER, SUBMARINE FORCE, U.S. PACIFIC FLEET. A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. Post allowance is subject to change at any time. Job Description
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying engineering principles and practices to the planning and development of shore facilities and infrastructure; Monitoring and prioritizing execution of Military Construction and other projects and mitigating execution shortfalls; Conducting studies and reviews to identify requirements for shore facilities and infrastructure in support of force operations; and Liaising with shore activities and operational commands to identify and address developments which impact mission execution.
