You will serve as a Program Analyst (Facilities/Contract MGMT) in the SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of contracts and contracting along with instructional development methods in contracting the development/revision of instructional materials; 2) Applying a variety of instructional measurement methods to develop plans or policies for measuring achievement of instructional objectives; 3) Conducting studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs/initiatives; and 4) Planning and managing training processes to ensure training resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
