Job Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS DIVISION of NCC.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Specializing in business practices primarily involved in developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising on, or improving the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, manpower utilization, distribution or work assignments of the analyst, and management control; 2) Cooperating and participating in the development of the Command's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Affirmative Action Plan and in the achievement of the Command's goals; 3) Processing all personnel actions for new hires, transfers, retirements, promotions, awards, and other administrative actions; 4) Manage manpower using Navy's Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS) to provide advice, guidance, and assistance to NCC Senior Leadership regarding manpower management in accordance with OPNAV guidance; 5) Cooperating and participating in the development of the Command's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Affirmative Action Plan and in the achievement of the Command's goals.
