You will serve as a Supervisory Safety and Occupational Health Specialist in the Safety Division of NAVAL AIR FACILITY EL CENTRO.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technical safety and occupational health advice and guidance to managers and supervisors; 2) Implementing the provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA); 3) Initiating new approaches to deal with existing safety problems; and 4) Determining safety needs and requirements in performing diverse and hazardous operations.
