You will serve as a WORK AND FAMILY LIFE COORDINATOR in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS DEPARTMENT ofNAVSTA GTMO.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Planning, implementing and administering family life services and activities to support military members, retirees and their families; 2. Developing activities, programs and services to improve quality of life for community members in aspects of career, social, financial, health and community; 3. Providing training and information on a variety of Quality-of-Life Programs to communicate available resources to community including financial concerns, transitions, deployment, stress, etc; 4. Collaborating with military members, leaders and community members to execute a multi-department installation to manage events, activities and programs.
