You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Information Mangement Office of BUREAU OF NAVAL PERSONNEL.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manage the Information Technology IT Asset portfolio of systems, applications, databases, networks, servers, devices, and projects and associated data to facilitate informed investment decision making; 2) Analyze new or proposed legislation or regulations to determine impact on IT investment portfolio, data, architecture, or financial operations and management; 3) Prepare briefs and presentations on systems, assets, projects, and discovery portfolio matters; 4) Manage IT procurement requests ensuring compliance with policies and procurement guidelines; 5) Perform the full range of technical and administrative duties required for the registration of applications for the organization's portfolio; and 6) Provide program oversight supporting IT portfolio management, compliance, business enterprise architecture, application migration, decision support, and enterprise resource planning.
