Job Summary
You will serve as The In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) Lead in the Combat Control System (CCS) program (Code 2514) of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV NEWPORT RI. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15 and the ND-4 encompasses GS-12 and GS-13.
Job Description
For the ND-05: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer or scientist applying advanced theories, principles, concepts, standards, and methods of engineering, or computer science to define, organize, or direct engineering processes and project efforts related to Undersea Warfare Combat Systems design, development, and integration. For the ND-04: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-03 (GS-09/11 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer or scientist applying a wide range of theories, concepts, principles, standards, and methods of engineering or computer science to provide engineering support for project efforts related to Undersea Warfare Combat systems design, development, and integration.
