Job Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST in the QUALITY MANAGEMENT OFFICE DEPUTY (CODE 131) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience conducting Quality Assurance audits, surveillances, and critique findings, analysis of deficiency trends, providing status of outstanding actions, schedules of upcoming audits and evaluations in accordance with the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM) to ensure TRIREFFAC performs mission related functions efficiently and effectively. Experience utilizing knowledge of quality assurance/submarine to perform maintenance and repair in the mechanical or electrical trades including submarine maintenance, radiological control compliance, lifting and handling operations, materials conformance, non-destructive testing (NDT), certification of critical work records, and chemical and mechanical testing and analysis. Experience overseeing revision of long-range work plans developed by subordinate supervisors and managers managing the overall work to enhance achieving established goals and objectives. Experience in applying various methods and techniques in analyzing and investigating complex QA problems, providing solutions, technical advice and maintaining a corrective action program.
